What happens to the information you send

This site exists to receive speaking inquiries. That is the only information it collects, and this page explains exactly where it goes.

Last updated 16 September 2026

What is collected

Only what you type into the speaking inquiry form: your name, organization, email address, and the details you choose to share about your event, audience, topics, budget, and logistics.

Nothing is collected from you anywhere else on this site. There is no account to create, no newsletter sign-up, and no file upload.

What is deliberately not collected

Stephanie’s presentations discuss sensitive family records, so it is worth being explicit: this form does not ask for and should not be used to send medical records, account numbers, passwords, insurance or legal documents, or the emergency-access information her sessions describe. Please keep those out of the form.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, its contents are sent as a single email to Stephanie or her representative. The email is delivered by Resend, the email provider this site uses. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so a reply reaches you directly.

Your submission is not saved to a database, a CRM, or a spreadsheet. The email itself is the record, and it is kept in the recipient’s mailbox for as long as it is useful for arranging or following up on a speaking engagement.

Hosting and server records

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs — the pages requested, the time, and the network address making the request — for operational purposes.

To limit automated abuse of the form, the site briefly counts how many submissions have come from a network address. That count is held for up to one hour and then discarded. It is not linked to anything you typed.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Nothing you do here is tracked across other websites.

If measurement is added in the future, this page will be updated first, and the contents of the inquiry form — names, email addresses, phone numbers, budget figures, and anything you have written in your own words — will never be sent to it.

Links to other sites

This site links to Elliott Legacy Planning and Life Wellness and to the providers named above. Their own privacy practices apply once you follow those links.

Asking about your information

If you would like your inquiry deleted, or want to know what was received, get in touch and it will be handled directly.

Use the inquiry form and say what you need in the “Anything else” box.
