For event organizers

Everything you need to plan the session

A straightforward process, five formats to choose from, and a presentation shaped around the people in your room.

How booking works

Four steps, no surprises

  1. Send an inquiry

Share what you know about your event. Dates, budget, and format can all still be open.

  2. Discuss fit and availability

A conversation about your audience, the outcome you want, and whether the date works.

  3. Confirm with a booking agreement

The date is held once an agreement is in place. That is what makes it confirmed.

  4. Coordinate the presentation and logistics

Content is tailored to your audience, and the practical details are worked through together.

Formats

Five ways a session can run

  • Keynote

A single presentation that carries the message of your event to the whole room.

  • Workshop

A working session where attendees think through their own situation and leave with next steps.

  • Panel presentation

Participation alongside other speakers, with discussion guided by a moderator.

  • Lunch-and-learn

A shorter, conversational session that fits inside a workday or a standing meeting.

  • Virtual session

A presentation delivered online for teams, members, or congregations joining from anywhere.

Every presentation can be customized for the audience, the setting, and the time available. Sessions can be delivered in person, virtually, or as a hybrid — we will confirm the production details together once we know what your venue and platform allow.

After you get in touch

Planning the details together

Once a session is agreed, we work through a planning questionnaire covering schedule, audience, content, accessibility, venue and production, travel, promotion, materials, and any recording plans.

Nothing about recording, photography, or reuse is assumed — those are agreed in writing before the event.
